There are now 4 Windows binaries for Subversion: - CollabNet
- SlikSVN
- VisualSVN
- WanDisco - New Distro
Unfortunately, most of these now require you to login before you can download an update. The Tigris distro was apparently discontinued. That was my favorite distro. The Subversion project's home page is now on the Apache domain. The Windows binary download are over here: subversion.apache.org/packages.html#windows
